The Knowledge Base (Knowledge
Base Agent) supports a large group
of users who communicate with the systems over network. It is proposed
to use this system for remote diagnostics of CNC machine.
There's a Learning Agent (LA)
that is connected to Knowledge Base
(KB) and the users. LA learns new expertise from user sides, and updates
the KB with the valuable one. In detail, when new accident that can't
be
solved with present KB happens on any user, LA can acquire knowledge,
and store it into KB. The KB will be matured through continuous learning
process.
Software and programming language:
* Expert systems shell: JESS (Java Expert System Shell)
* Intelligent Agent: KQML as the language and protocol for exchanging
information and knowledge.
Project of M.E. in NEU (1995-1998)Title: The Kinematics analysis and error analysis of 3-TPT parallel manipulator
(Thesis is prized A class)
The project is a part of "China High Technology Development Programme", and is funded by Chinese Science and Technology Committee.
The model of 3-TPT mechanism (3-DOF mobile platform is connected with base platform by three legs) has been made in 1997, and got the patent in 1997.
The parallel manipulator is used for the automation of Billet Part Snagging in steel rolling.
In my thesis, two parts are included:
Mechanism and Kinematics analysis
* The character of 3-TPT mechanism is analyzed, and compute the degree of freedom.
* The Kinematics inverse and forward equation are derived.
* Based on the inverse equation, the working space (approximately inverse triangular camber pyramid) analysis and simulation are proposed.
* The effects of mechanism parameters (such as the limitations of universal joints) to workspace are investigated.
Error analysis
* Build the system error model
* Analyzed the influencial factors which cause position and orientation errors. Proposed the concept of iso-error line and error decreasing rate, and simulated them.
* Calculated the average and square difference of random error
* Analyzed the "danger position" (the maximum error position) of the random error and system error
Error experiment
* Proved the conclusion of Error analysis and measured the liner error of this model manipulator (X: 0.2mm/100mm, Y: 0.3mm/100, Z: 0.3mm/100mm)
In 1996, joined in installation of the first experimental model of
Steward Platform in Shenyang automatic institution of Chinese
Academy of Science. This model is 6-DOF parallel manipulator,
which is used to drilling and milling.Graduation Project (1995)Title: The Design of ZDZ-2000B Vacuum Coating Machine
(It was prized the best thesis in the major, and the result has been
used in Fushun Vacuum Equipment Factory)
